Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars. My first experience with this company was brilliant, tyres were received within a week, so I decided to get another pair for the rear. There was an issue with the delivery, where DPD had marked it as delivered and received by "Deopt pod" at 21:59. I am obviously not Depot pod and the delivery address was a business address that closes at 18:00, so it would have been impossible for them to deliver it at that time. I firstly contacted DPD, they said they could not do anything for me and that I should go back to the sender and ask them to raise a signature dispute, which I did. I called Mytyres and after explaining the situation, the lady on the phone said the parcel had been marked as delivered and that was that. I then had to reiterate that I am not "Depot pod" and that it would have been impossible for them to deliver the tyres at that time of night. She said she would get a colleague to look into it and I'll recieve an email once they've investigated. A couple days pass, still no email, so I call again. I explain the situation, the lady simply says that the tyres have been delivered. If the tyres had been delivered, I would not be calling you asking you where my tyres are. After explaining AGAIN, that they were not delivered to me, she says that she can see her colleague has been looking in to it and I will recieve an email. At this point I also submit a misdelivery complaint through their online contact form and recieve a response a few hours later, letting me know that they have forwarded it to the correct department and I'll receive an email once they've investigated. 5 days later and still no tyres or any sort of response or acknowledgement. It seems that they are the typical cowboy company where they are more than happy to take your money, but when there is an obvious issue that requires them to issue a refund or re-send the delivery, they don't want to talk to you. I would suggest that if you are ordering from this company, to use a payment system such as PayPal or a credit cards, so you can claim any money back easily. Absolutely useless company, with useless staff and ridiculous customer service. Still no tyres, no communication and £180 worse off. What's worse is that every person I've spoken to at DPD knows that the parcel has been misdelivered as "Depot pod" is code for something but they can only action it if the sender makes a complaint and this pathetic excuse for a tyre company won't do anything about it.
