By far the worst company I've ever dealt with. the tyres are shipped from Germany to the uk. Mine got stuck at customs for 2 weeks! in this time I had to get a tyre from another company so i could use my car. I then waited a further week for them to organise collection of the tyre, which once collected was confirmed by dpd to be back to them the next day. after 6 phone calls to there customer support in india, 6 promises of a refund in 2-3 days. 2 weeks later i finally received my partial refund.
