I'm currently having an absolute nightmare with this company, ordered a tyre only to find it will take 2 weeks to arrive, I then cancelled it a day later, they will not refund me saying I have to refuse the delivery which apparently the tyre will have to be returned to Germany before I have a chance of my money. Any normal company would provide continuous support. Customer support at it lowest
