Ordered some oil via ebay 19.8.19 didn't receive it until 23.9.19 got a refund. 2 days later it turned up . A year later they are wanting there money fair enough. But put a £5 reminder fee on and didn't make it easy to pay after several phone calls finally got hold of someone i could understand. Lets hope i have seen the back of them never again
