DO NOT USE!!! Ordered shoes for my little nieces birthday... Heard nothing for two weeks. Emailed them for an update and they simply replied saying 'there's a delay at the warehouse, we will cancel your order if you want' like what? Why on earth couldn't they have told me this sooner OR BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER. I now have no time to order shoes from elsewhere and have absolutely no idea when/if I'll receive my money back. Fuming. YOUR COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.
