Shocking level of customer services following payment. The product never arrived within the agreed proposed timeline and the communication was non-existent. Despite 5 chasers by me and various voicemails (you cannot actually speak to anyone) I am still without the product and without my money. This is tantamount to fraud. BE AWARE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE
