I ordered some stuff for Christmas, and one of the boxes is "missing", I am not totally unreasonable, its a busy time, I get that this can happen. However, I have called and was fobbed off, I have emailed and was told nothing, I have tried to FB chat and been ignored. I really wish that I had read the reviews of Oxendales previously as I would certainly not have ordered from them. As it happens it was a really important delivery but I have been utterly let down, they have taken my money and have offered nothing but radio silence. I am down nearly €250 2 weeks before Christmas and no one will get back to me.
