Awful shopping experience. Spent over €230 on an order for a special occasion. Package never arrived, couriers refused to reply to emails. Oxendales claimed items were delivered but courier never phoned, never left note and most importantly, no package arrived. No resolution despite weeks of over and back with Oxendales. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Wish I had read reviews before ordering.
