DHLservice was super quick from HK to UK with overnight delivery. However UK to HK package with TNT/ UPS after three days is still awaiting pick up. We had to chase the courier and inform them of the order. I’m not sure this parcel will get to me. Parcel hero contact us for help page is very straightforward so hoping for some help.
