Via yourselves booked a collection using Hermes. Did specify that unable to print off a label as I do not possess a printer as I do not find the need to possess one for very minimal purpose. Was advised by you that Hermes would provide a printed label via their driver on collection. This was not the case, the driver said that Hermes do not provide this facility. Thus I cancelled the collection order, to date have not received reimbursement of initial paid fee of £3.52 can you please advise regarding this issue. Kind regards. Peter (Stubbs)
