The pricing is competitive but the purchase form is worded in confusing ways. They keep referring to 'you' and the sender in alternating ways. It's very easy to get confused. They even ask if you are the receiver at one point!
The live chat service didn't resolve my issues.
The page regularly reloaded on leaving the live chat or going back to a previous page. This meant starting again. The one pound cost saving was not worth the time taken.
