Drop off location provided doesn’t exist anymore. Why would you findnitnacceptsblemtonsend a paying customer to a location that no longer provides parcel force drop off.

I had a flight the following day so had to send my packages - too stressful.
The biggest thing you could do to support customers is provide a contact telephone number for urgent situations
