the collection driver waited for me to bring the parcels down a flight of stairs - these were bulky, he did not check the labeling which was incorrect and i could have rescheduled the collection to rectify - he was more concerned about getting a parking ticker - i helped him put the parcels into the van - which he thanks me for but i would have thought he would have checked that all was correct given i had given the collection point and the delivery destination as the same address - i am now having to reorganise another collection at a cost to me personally £150.00 - nt a happy bunny - please can you make contact with me to discuss 07780332086
