Original courier didn't show and when queried was told they had attempted collection when our cctv shows no one did. Had to rebook for double the price due to this to make sure our delivery got to its destination on time and had to incur a charge to do so. Original courier appeared two hours after the rescheduled one which had I been told would happen I could have saved the money. Tracking page is also badly laid out as it doesn't have any information on where you arranged a booking from.
