Hopeless, I didn’t want to do this I don’t like leaving bad feedback but with the problems I had with the labels and now taking money out of my account without asking me, for a reason that I can’t find out because I can’t download my invoice on their site!! It’s just all a waist of my time, it’s frustrating and irritating and I won’t be using Parcelhero again!!!!
