Do not EVER ship with this company!!!!! We had parcels stolen, damaged and left for anyone to take and depite paying out for their insurance AND UPS asking them to reimburse us they are sending robotic policy messages and finding small clauses that mean we get nothing. There is no compassion, no help and they should NOT be trusted. Just go straight to UPS if you want to ship with them as they have gone above board trying to help us.
