if someone is reading this comment, please take this as a warning and do not use parcel hero in anyway!!! these guys are highly unprofessional. They do not have a contact number. Even the customer support does not reply. I booked my parcel. The delivery guy came and took just three of them and left the other two. I keep on calling him but he did not return. I could not reach to the customer support as they do not have a contact number. The customer support team on email does not reply and it was a horrible experience. It was a nightmare. I would highly recommend you guys not to use parcel hero at any cost.
