I was asked to leave the parcel by 12 o’clock on the 13th which I did and received a email receipt confirmation, but it wasn’t picked up until the following day. In the mean time I received an email saying I’d left the cart behind?? Then the follow day two more emails saying your booking is still waiting??
Then the parcel was delivered yesterday which I’m glad about, but not sure why your system didn’t realise the booking had been completed???
