UPS were the company used by Parcel Hero and unfortunately they do not give delivery slots so had to wait in for nearly 6 hours. It could have been the whole day. Please use a company that can give a time slot even if it’s a 2 hour window. I am a busy person and have better things to do with my time. Otherwise everything was ok
