DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used parcelhero to return an item and provided precise dimensions with a charge of £36. A few weeks later they took another £80 stating that UPS decided the dimensions were incorrect. Absolute bogus claim. I was extremely precise. This is a pure shake down. I will be referring the payment as fraudulent to my bank.
