Parcelhero is easy to use. But UPS collection service is bad, the person who collects in our area is a lazy person who told us to send the parcel ourselves as he is busy. To cut long story short, when he arrived to collect, he wants us to bring the parcel down to meet him as he has a lot of things to do. So if you have any reasons that you're not able to move (injuries or older people), not a good option.
