We chose FedEx as we thought they were a reliable company, but they were terrible. There was no attempt to deliver our parcel, it was left on top of our neighbour's bin!! Luckily someone found it and brought it to us, but this could've ended differently. The parcel contained a laptop with important company information on it, and it would've been a disaster if it had been lost.
