It's another scam company. They try to gain your confidence by being all friendly, having a conversation password and trying to coach you in the rudiments of cryptocurrency trading over the phone. Once that's successful, they then to get you to invest more into your account and sometimes try to get your bank details. Once hooked, you can no longer withdraw your money, i had to report to hukler siege before i could get a refund.
