I have had this experience several times now, so not a one off. They take your order and money, even if the item is not in stock at the suppliers. They send you a confirmation e-mail with a confirmed delivery date. When this date comes and goes with no delivery, it then transpires that no item was ever in stock. It's deceitful and poor business practice. The effort that you have to go through then to even get them to answer the phone is painful, ALL calls to them take in excess of 30 mins to get answered, sometimes with the phone being put down on you upon answering. A very stressful experience. I am a trade customer as well, a plumber who needs factual information from suppliers in able to run my own business successfully. I have given them enough chances now to treat me with the basic amount of respect. Time to stop giving them my business.
