Have purchased several boilers (and other equipment) from them over the last year or so, with no problems. But I needed to do a return for the most recent one, in October. Contacted customer service a couple of weeks later, asking for them to organise a return. Two months later, absolutely nothing. I have called, emailed, etc - they tell me that the return is in progress and they're waiting for a response from their distribution centre, but really it's nonsense - they're just cheating customers out of money. Avoid like the plague. Dreadful customer service.
