To summarise Plumbnation in two words, Completely Hopeless. Ordered an oil tank needing it fairly urgently and despite chasing every single week, neither Heather nor Sean in their customer service team were able to achieve any progress. Nearly 7 weeks later they decided to refund our order, thus leaving us still without an oil tank, now running low on heating oil and with significant time on the phone utterly wasted.
Avoid Plumbnation at all costs - should really be called Dumbnation.
