Have ordered a radiator but a size too small. This was because their website misled me in believing the radiator was more efficient than it actually was (have checked this with the manufacturer before installing). I now have to return it but waiting for 2 weeks now to get a complete response from them. Also they have not acknowledged yet my complaint about their website. Whenever I try calling, am giving up because not enough time to wait in the cue.
Return process seems encumbered, not much of response from customer service on emails.
