I ordered quite a few things from them, including a Grohe bath/shower mixer and some pillar unions to fix these to the bath tub. Before ordering online, I specifically spoke to a sales adviser to ask whether the pillar unions came as a pair, or individually, as the website was beyond vague on this description. I was advised they came individually, so I ordered two.
When it arrived, two pairs of pillar unions arrived. Additionally, the bath/shower mixer had been replaced with an in-built toilet cistern. The invoice said the right item, but the box (with my deliverly label) was clearly a toilet cistern. Trying to get acknowledgment of their mistake (or their distribution centre's mistake) was impossible, despite having clear photographic evidence.
I'm also informed that 2 basin taps that I ordered having confirmed availability over the phone are no longer available, and I've been advised to purchase alternatives. They have not mentioned crediting my card at all yet.
Speaking to a customer service manager is difficult, as they are always busy.
Very poor experience.
