I ordered a Dimplex Club electric stove LED version from PlumbNation. It arrived promptly, put in situ, all fine. When emptying the paperwork from the box I noticed a litte slip of paper advising of which candle bulbs to use. I had ordered and paid for an an LED fire! On phoning PlumbNation I was advised to phone Dimplex to check. I refused to do this as my contract was with PlumbNation not Dimplex. My husband checked and we had indeed been sent the wrong fire. After calling PlumbNation on several occasions over a few days, they never returned my calls, I was eventually told that Dimplex had a problem with the LED fires and were not sending them out anymore. I called Dimplex myself who told me this was untrue. I had been missold and charged the higher price for the cheaper fire! PlumbNation offered a discount of £10.00 even though the bulb version was more than £10 cheaper. A complete shambles and it worries me how many people think they have purchased an LED fire which would never need bulbs replacing who will discover further down the line they were missold. I did thankfully get a refund but I was very angry that PlumbNation thought they could charge me for an LED version and send an identical looking fire obviously in the hope I wouldn't notice! Therefore I would not recommend this company.
