Just try getting through to this company by phone when your order does not arrive, as mine didn't last week, despite paying well over the odds for a nominated delivery day... you will waste a lot of time and money attempting to get through to the call centre in Liverpool. Garbled, rubbish excuses, that changed each time,and still no goods. Order 'lost' with the supplier, then supplier unable to give any idea of delivery date etc., etc. Worse is the fact that the company promised to send me an email straightaway, confirming my credit card refund when I cancelled the order, and this has still not happened. Truly appalling customer service. Terrible company. Avoid like the plague.
