Extremely poor customer support. After the sale was made, no effort to re-mediate the 13 day delay or the expenses incurred due to the delay (contractors + travel). Would strongly recommend never to do business with this company. The "customer support" employee (McGee) explicitly chose not to connect me with their manager, despite my persistence. Clear lack of business etiquette and customer support leaves a visibly considerable amount to be desired.
