Ordered an oil filled radiator, was only after fitting that I noticed that the dial was cracked. Would not replace this item as it has been fitted?, sent replacement dial, this was cracked, sent another dial, this was cracked.
Finally the radiator sprung and leak and I was able to return it and get my money back.
Not very helpful at all.
