I'm not part was through returning a radiator that sprung a leak, collected fast enough but not i'm chasing them every week to get the same reply, "its being checked".
Next email will request a refund or replacement by a certain date otherwise i'm going to start a credit card claim with my bank.
Terrible customer service.
