I am truly appalled by the way Plumbnation treat their customers. I ordered a Grohe Shower which was delivered to my house. The item was packed in brown paper to conceal the fact that the packaging was torn and the shower had clearly been used.After numerous emails and telephone calls, it has been 12 days and yet I have not received a refund. Be aware Plumbnation the customer service team lacks even the most basic training and when asked for a refund they aim to harass customers by delaying the process.
