This company, as others have said is a disgrace. Don;t go near them. I have been a plumber for nearly 50 years, and never received such appalling service. Ordered boiler and flue, paid for the service, arrived a day late without any notification, Got a refund for the delivery cost. Wrong flue.....probably my fault. Ordered new flue, paid for next day delivery and it arrived. Requested return.........this is where the hassle, stress and disappointment begin. After 30 plus e.mails endless phone calls. one in excess of 45 minutes the parcel got collected after 3 weeks, only to be returned to me today!!! The box is damaged. If through no fault of my own they ( I have now asked them to personally to collect it} they don't I will be over £400.00 out of pocket. This is only a quarter of the story. P Abel
