Stay away from this company, they do not know what they are doing. For 20 days, absolutely no one has replied to e-mails regarding details of the products they sell. The invoices they issue are wrong, with incorrect information - without ever verifying who the payer is, they issue an invoice at the delivery address. No one is impressed that the money comes from another person or company. I don't even know how they handle accounting. I have been sending e-mails for 15 days saying that the invoices on all my orders are wrong and yet they continue to send the same wrong invoices. Nobody reads emails from customers. Live chat is absolutely useless - they listen to the problem, promise to check the case, and it ends here. After ordering a product, expect absolutely no support - the money is paid, the goods may have been delivered but not sure because they do not provide a tracking number. They just send you an email saying that the product ,,may have been delivered,,. Well, in my case it was not delivered and in 3 days I am waiting for details ... Stay away from this company, they do not know what they are doing.
