I have previously received an excellent service from Pure Clinica, orders arriving within a couple of days. However, my last order (currently 2 weeks since I placed my order) - is "still processing". Funds have been taken from my account, but no further contact regarding when I might expect my order? I have left voicemail messages and written a query on the website asking for someone to contact me to confirm when order will be delivered.
