Nothing Pure about the returns policy of Pure Collection. Photograph EVERYTHING in the box as telling lies seems to be Charlie from Pure Collections forte. They steal items from refund boxes and then refuse to refund. I spent close to £2000 with them and they STILL did the refund stealing prank. Apparently it is common practice for Pure Collection to steal returned stock n deny refunds
