Ordered a dress , to be delivered to a collection point ..
Got email to say it had been dispached , over a week later , no further on .
Sent several whatsapps to be told its out for delivery .
Its now a week overdue to the estimated delivery date , no help whatsoever from Quiz .
I have asked for a refund on several occasions which seems to fall on deaf ears .
I would never order from QUIZ again , total disgrace how they treat you .
Here's hoping i get my full refund ...
