Absolutely shocking company. Bought 4 dresses via Debenhams. Courier had stolen 2 dresses from Parcel so fighting to get my money back. Sent remaining 1 dress back via in Post they didn't collect it but just told me it was Debenhams responsibility. Fortunately I paid with PayPal so now fighting to get my money back through them. Don't buy from Quiz
