Very Disappointed – Poor Quality and Customer Service
This is my second bad experience with Quiz Clothing, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I placed an online order that was delayed in dispatch and did not arrive on the expected delivery date.
When the parcel finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The diamanté bag I ordered was missing several stones, and the dress looked worn and old – definitely not what I paid for or expected.
The return process has been incredibly frustrating. I need to return the parcel via Asda, but they won’t accept it without a QR code or printed label, which I never received. I’ve been trying to contact customer service multiple times, but they’ve been completely unresponsive and unreachable by phone.
To make matters worse, I have another parcel on the way, which I now plan to return immediately. I'm very upset with the lack of support and poor after-sales service.
Sadly, I would not recommend Quiz Clothing to anyone.
