Absolutely awful communication. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue for nearly a month now. The only way you can contact customer service is via email, and they take about 5 days to reply each time. Why no contact number, will make everything 10x easier!! The only reason I ordered the dress online is because I tried it on in store but it was covered in snags and makeup!! I finally managed to return my item last week due to not being able to generate a shipping code and had to wait about 10 days for them to resolve it due to their extremely slow replies. My item has been returned to them, but I have not had any communication from them on their end, shock!!! So who knows if I will even receive my refund, it’s a £40 dress so I better had. I’m not often one to leave bad reviews, however this has caused me an awful amount of stress over the last month, and unfortunately I will never be using QUIZ’s services again. Very very poor.
