Ordered a sequin dress which had a whole row of sequins missing. The customer service rep said to send back and they would issue a replacement immediately as it was urgently required for my husbands 40th. I then receive an email saying they've refunded me as its out of stock but when I looked onine it was in stock but for more money!! I complained and they basically said tough! Very poor customer service. I've now bought a better dress elsewhere.
