Order received within a week via local Collection convenience shop. One item was out of stock but I was informed promptly and my PayPal account credited by that item amount. Goods were returned the next working day for a refund using the Asda drop off service. Emails kept me informed of my parcel's progress. I received a refund from Quiz one week later, again via my PayPal account. After reading these negative reviews felt I should post a more positive experience with ordering online with Quiz. Hope this helps future customers.
