I ordered 4 dresses to go on a cruise and only 2 were delivered they were late in arriving I kept one and sent the other one back Which I got a refund for
There was no invoice with the package I have been charged for the other 2 dresses that have never arrived a total of £89 .98 to which I’m still waiting on a refund I have emailed several times and not received anything back terrible after sales service I have just sent an other email fingers crossed I get my refund
