Their prices do seem like bargains, but their complete lack of customer service is appalling.
I was fortunate in that the government decreed that full refunds should be given because of COVID- but this came after about 2 weeks of emails backwards and forwards when, in spite of government advice, they initially refused a refund on an advance ticket.
I did get my refund eventually, but it was £1 less that I was due- if they do this to all their customers, who keeps the change??!
