ALMOST ONE MONTH AND STILL NO REFUND ON RETURNED ITEM
I returned an item and it was received by Reabok on October 26. I have been trying to get a refund and it is now November 20 almost one month from when they received the item. Today I received an email that they issued me a gift card and for an incorrect amount. I paid with a debit card and want my refund back to the debit card. Every time I call I am told they are going to escalate the issue and I have to wait five business days for an answer. I will NEVER Purchase an item online from Reabok and I do not recommend that anyone else does either. Reabok does not seem to want to refund your money when in good faith, I returned the item.
