Excellent service.
Purchased a fridge/freezer from them last May which developed a fault in October. After 4 visits from Bosch engineers, they agreed to replace it. Then nothing but problems with Bosch Customer Liaison.
Went back to RGB who sorted it all out and arranged for a replacement two days later.
Everyone we dealt with at RGB were helpful, polite and knowledgable
