Through our insurance company I had my dishwasher replaced from RGB. Appliance delivered by delivery men, who ran into a problem & they
couldn't resolve it was they were NOT qualified plumbers. RGB were not prepared to help so I had to get my own plumbers & foot the bill. No way should appliances that have to be plumbed in be delivered by just delivery men. RGB are definitely off my Xmas list!!!!!
