Very sad. Was with Riverford for years, they always responded when items were mouldy and repaid me. But then suddenly customer service was no longer good. Online chat asked you to wait 3 minutes and nothing happened, massive queues on the phone when it had all been different but a week earlier. I suspect an administrative change to whittle down complaints. So I have gone to another provider.
